During the personal interview, analysis of the candidate’s résumé provides information about professional qualification as well as leadership qualities, resilience, goal orientation, entrepreneurship.

Candidates’ personality is just as important as their qualification and experience for the success of long-term and effective staffing and continued development.

In this context, the question is recognizing behaviours and qualities such as ambition, dedication, loyalty and interpersonal skills. As a complement to this, personality tests specifically designed for this purpose can be conducted in collaboration with an external institute.

Once the interview and the summarizing appraisal are completed the suitable candidates are presented to the company.
